Eolas Environmental staff are licensed by the State of Connecticut to perform lead-based paint inspections and asbestos inspections, and in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to perform asbestos inspections. In addition to inspections for lead-based paint and asbestos, experienced Eolas staff are also equipped to complete comprehensive hazardous building materials surveys which include an assessment of building materials and building contents for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), mercury, Freon®, radon, and other potentially regulated substances.
