Environmental Site Assessments/Merger and Acquisition Support

Eolas has extensive experience preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and consistently delivers quality reports to attorneys, developers, municipalities, lenders, and commercial and industrial property owners. Using our ESAs, our clients are equipped to make informed business decisions when it comes to environmental issues. Whether the objective of the ESA is property transfer, refinancing, redevelopment, or to support company liability assessment, Eolas tailors each and every ESA to meet the needs of clients.

Our Phase I ESAs are typically prepared using the guidance and criteria specified in ASTM E1527-13, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Assessment Process and to assist clients in meeting the November 1, 2005 United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) Rule. For properties located in Connecticut, Eolas Environmental further incorporates the processes detailed in the State of Connecticut Site Characterization Guidance Document (2010).
